What are the required documents ?

The documents you need to rent a car are:

* passport (for those coming from abroad)

* photocopy of driver′s license

* photocopy of ID card

* photocopy of driver′s license for the replacement driver

 

How do you get the vehicle ?

Your reservation will immediately be forwarded to the responsible office and the vehicle most suitable for you will be provided. Your reservation details will be sent to you by email. At the airport you will be greeted with a name board and your vehicle will be handed over to you.

Visit www.cizgirentacar.de to get an online price quote and reserve in three easy steps. Remember, if you book early you will get much cheaper rates! You can make a reservation 24 hours a day by calling the call center on +90 539 949 12 02. You can request a price and vehicle quote by sending a message via Whatsapp to +90 539 949 12 02 or +90 542 433 11 83.

 

Is there vehicle delivery to address and/or pick up from address ?

Vehicle delivery to the desired address or vehicle pick-up service from the desired address is subject to an additional fee. You can get information from our reservation center as the additional fee varies according to the distance.

 

What happens if there is a delay or can I make an extension ?

Extension of the predetermined rental period is subject to the approval of Çizgi Linie Rent a Car. Total rental period (number of days) is calculated over 24-hour periods and additional day fee is calculated for delays exceeding 3 hours.

 

Can someone else drive the vehicle ?

Only the person(s) specified in the contract can drive the rented vehicle. Insurance is not valid in case of accident or damage that may occur if the vehicle is used by third parties not specified in the contract.

 

Who pays the traffic fines ?

Penalties for traffic offenses of any kind that may occur during the rental period are at the expense of the renter. The tenant′s obligations in this regard do not expire at the end of the tenancy. Any fines we receive after the rental has ended will be collected by the person or company named on the relevant rental. The traffic fines paid by the Linie instead of the customer are collected from the customer by adding the service fee.

 

What is the fuel policy ?

Vehicles are not rented with a full tank of fuel. When returning the car, the tank must be at the same level as the tank content was at the beginning of the car rental. The missing fuel difference for vehicles returned with missing fuel will be charged upon return. Please purchase fuel based on your needs, fuel refunds cannot be given for vehicles returned with excess fuel.
