Cancellation requests can be submitted up to at least 6 hours before the scheduled date and time.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.
We will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days from the day we receive your reservation cancellation request. We will use the same payment method you used for the reservation, and you will not incur any fees for this reimbursement.
