TERMS AND CONDITIONS

User Information

The rented vehicle may only be used by the persons specified in the rental agreement and delivery form. Damages arising from accidents involving third parties not specified in the car rental agreement are excluded from the guarantee. If you wish to add an additional driver, please contact our office.

The minimum driver age and driving license duration for vehicle groups are provided in the table below.

DRIVING LICENSE AND RENTAL AGE RESTRICTIONS
The following conditions must be met to benefit from the young driver package:
Under normal conditions, it is required to be at least 21 years old and have a 2-year license to rent vehicles in the economy group. Individuals who are 20 years old and have a 1-year license can rent an economy group vehicle by paying the Young Driver fee.
To rent middle-group vehicles, it is required to be at least 24 years old and have a 3-year license. Individuals between the ages of 21-24 with a 2-year license can rent a middle-group vehicle by paying the Young Driver fee.
To rent upper-group vehicles, it is required to be at least 27 years old and have a 4-year license. Individuals between the ages of 24-27 with a 3-year license can rent an upper-group vehicle by paying the Young Driver fee.
Super Mini Damage Insurance is mandatory for the young driver application. Cizgi Rent A Car reserves the right not to apply the young driver policy.

Rental Period:

The minimum rental period is 3 days.

A daily limit will be applied to the rented vehicle within the scope of the Fair Use Policy.

Late Delivery:

In case you return your vehicle 2 hours or more later than the reserved time, the daily rental fee for that day will be added to the contract and collected from your credit card.

VAT is included.

Fuel:

Please return the vehicle at the same fuel level as you received it.

Vehicle Delivery:

Your reservation has been confirmed according to the vehicle group, and no brand and/or model guarantee is given. If the vehicle you requested or its equivalent cannot be allocated to you, the price can be updated and a free upgrade to a higher class or a downgrade to a lower class can be made.

It is important to closely follow your flight number and, if applicable, your pickup time for all your reservations. Providing your flight number will make it easier for us to track possible delays and updates in your flight. If you have not arrived to pick up the vehicle 1 hour after the pickup time, if you cannot be reached, or if the reservation cannot be confirmed, the relevant reservation may be canceled.

One-Way Rental:

Returning the vehicle to a city other than the Cizgi Rent A Car office where it was rented is subject to the approval of Cizgi Rent A Car and an additional fee. Since the extra fee varies on a region/office basis, you can call our call center for detailed information.

ASSURANCES AND GUARANTEES

Vehicle assurance plans vary according to campaigns and prices. Assurance plan details are specified in the contract and delivery form. Please contact our reservation call center or our office for more information about additional assurance fees and limits. Details of the assurances and guarantees offered as a service are provided below.

Mini Damage Assurance:

This is a repair guarantee based on the customer's statement for one-sided accidents and damages with a maximum declared damage limit of 4000 TL and below, determined by Cizgi Rent A Car, without an official accident report (by police or gendarmerie).

Super Mini Damage Assurance:

This is a repair guarantee based on the customer's statement for one-sided accidents and damages with a maximum declared damage limit of 8000 TL and below, determined by Cizgi Rent A Car, without an official accident report (by police or gendarmerie).

TRAFFIC FINES

Traffic fines resulting from the violation of traffic rules (including incorrect lane selection on bridges and highways) will be collected from the credit card of the lessee specified in the contract.

In addition to collecting traffic fines incurred during the rental period from the customer, a Service Fee of 20 Turkish Liras will also be collected.

RESERVATION AND RENTAL AGREEMENT MODIFICATIONS

Early Delivery:

In case the vehicles are returned before the reservation end date, no refund will be made. However, you can use these days in your next reservation.

Extension of Rental Period:

Upon the expiration of the rental period, the lessee cannot unilaterally extend the rental period. If the lessee wishes to extend the rental period, the rental period may be extended with the written approval of the lessor, or the lessee will consent to the new vehicle to be provided. In the event that the lessor does not approve the lessee's request to extend the rental period, and in any case at the end of the rental period specified in this Agreement; the Lessee shall leave the rented vehicle at the return location specified in the rental agreement. Rental extensions will remain subject to the provisions of this agreement even if the next rental agreement has not been signed. In case the extension request requested by the customer is approved; the relevant car rental process will be carried out at the current price, not the old price. The lessee accepts that failure to deliver the vehicle despite the expiration of the contract period constitutes a crime according to criminal law provisions and that they will not keep the vehicle beyond the rental period. They accept and declare that they are aware that they cannot benefit from insurance, assurance, and legal rights after the end of the rental period and/or during illegal vehicle use. In case an extension request is received within the reservation period at the end of the rental period, the price will be recalculated by the system and the additional rental fee will be collected from the lessee's credit card specified in the agreement.

Cancellation and Refund:

A reservation can be canceled up to 24 hours before the reserved time, in which case no fee is charged. If you wish to cancel your reservation outside the above conditions, a cancellation fee in the amount of the first day will be charged.

No-Show:

If the reserved vehicle is not picked up at the reserved time, the reservation will be considered a "no-show" one hour after the pickup time, and vehicle availability in any vehicle group cannot be guaranteed. In the event of a no-show, your reservation will be canceled two hours after the reserved pickup time.

IMPORTANT NOTE

All fees related to car rental will be deducted from the individual credit card.

In case of any damage, to benefit from insurance, you must call the police and report the incident, inform the police or gendarmerie without moving the vehicle, and have a police report and an alcohol test taken.

In accidents with material damage, the relevant parties can issue their own accident reports.

In case of vehicle theft, you must call the police and obtain a theft report. You must return the theft report and the vehicle key to us.

If you need emergency assistance in case of accident, theft, malfunction, tire puncture, etc., you can call our call center serving 24/7 in Turkey: 0850 433 11 83. Our insurance does not cover travels outside Turkey.

Our vehicles cannot be used outside Turkey.

The reservation is confirmed without specifying any brand or model guarantee.

The lessee accepts and confirms any kind of mechanical and electrical damage and costs resulting from user errors or carelessness. All such damages and costs, including mechanical and electrical problems, are not covered by the vehicle insurance policy and assurance.

Winter tires are optional. Winter tires are limited to stocks and may vary between regions.
In case the rented vehicle cannot be used due to damage, malfunction, or any other reason, another vehicle in the same segment or a higher segment will be allocated within 24 hours.

Findex Inquiry: When necessary, our companies may conduct a Findex Inquiry at the time of rental for those who will rent from our company for the first time. We reserve the right not to rent vehicles to customers with insufficient Findex data. You can call our Call Center to find out if your Findex data is suitable for car rental. However, the suitability of Findex data does not mean that your car rental will be certain.
