Refund Policy

  • No refunds will be issued for missed or unused services pertaining to the car rental period, regardless of the reason.
  • Changes to the date or time of your reservation can only be made if we are notified at least 2 days prior to the scheduled reservation date.
  • To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.
  • In case of cancellation, refunds will be processed based on the car rental fee.

We will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day we receive your cancellation request. We will use the same method of payment as you used for the reservation, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
